Create a Jira Issue from Google form using APP Script

I am trying to create a Jira issue when a google form is filled and send the email to corresponding recipients.

I was successful in creating a Google Form, then an App script trigger, and finally the Jira issue being created and notifying the recipients, but I am facing an issue to update the assignee and reporter names in the Jira issue.

Could anyone please help me to suggest a solution or workaround?

We can't help you with something that you have not told us anything about.  "facing an issue" tells us nothing.  For all we know, it might be a penguin pushing your mouse around your desk when you're trying to click to re-assign an issue.  You haven't even said how the form sends the data to Jira - REST or email are the two obvious choices, but we just don't know.
