Create a Dashboard which shows data from "created date to closed tickets"

Hello, 

is it possible to create filters for dashboard representation which shows us data of tickets from the time they were created and time when they were closed.
Can you help us with this issue?

Hello @ntt_guruplar ,

Good day! Welcome to Atlassian community :)

Since all your workitems might have different created and closed dates, you can try this:

  • Create a filter query which shows all work items which are resolved and save it
    Query: resolution is not EMPTY ORDER BY created ASC
  • Then create a new dashboard and add a new gadget:  Filter result gadget

  • Select the filter you just created, and then from "Add columns to display" dropdown, select 'created' and 'resolved' fields to show and save it
