I am trying to create webhook in Jira with below mentioned instructions. However, I am not sure about the URL.
what should be the URL while creating webhook ?
do we need to construct ourselves to create a webhook so that we can mention tha tin azure monitor to send alerts to JSM ?
Log in as a user with the Administer Jira global permission.
Choose > System. Under Advanced, select WebHooks.

Can someone please help us know who to create webhook in Jira so that we can send azure alerts to JSM ?
