I just signed up for testing Jira.
I am logged in as the administrator. I am trying to click on create a project and it is not working. No error displayed nothing happens. Is this broken?
I found out why it is not working. I tried it in IE and it works.
These are the errors I get in chrome:
Removed some extensions, and it seems to work now.

Possibly - are you sure you are logged in (it can time out if left unattended for too long), and do you have another browser you can test it with?

I too am experiencing this exact same issue. Can you tell me which extensions you removed?
This button is broken in Chrome and Internet Explorer on the following platforms:-
I am running out of ways to test.
I am an admin, I have created one project, but now it seems I cannot create any more projects, or rename the project that I created.
If I dig deeper, in Chrome I see the following error when I click on the `Create Project` button:
projects:32 [Report Only] Refused to connect to 'https://bqlf8qjztdtr.statuspage.io/api/v2/incidents/unresolved.json' because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "connect-src bitbucket.org *.bitbucket.org bb-inf.net *.bb-inf.net analytics.atlassian.com as.atlassian.com api-private.stg.atlassian.com api-private.atlassian.com intake.opbeat.com api.media.atlassian.com api.segment.io xid.stride.com xid.statuspage.io xid.atlassian.com xdid.hipchat.com xid.sourcetreeapp.com bam.nr-data.net sentry.io https://d301sr5gafysq2.cloudfront.net".
Please advise?

OK - I've answered my own question.
It seems that being "creator" is not sufficient to create projects, only repositories within the 'default' project that you first create.
I've now been granted admin rights and the button works for me.
I've wasted at least a day on this 'issue'
Is it too much to request a pop-up of some kind to tell logged in users that they need to contact their admin to create new projects?
