I had a Customer in Jira Service Desk who I now need to set up as an Agent using the same email address.
The Customer was deleted and now I have successfully added her as a user with application access for Jira Service Desk and Jira Software.
Despite appearing in the correct groups she is not receiving any of the notifications that the Agent group receives. I believe this is to do with the Customer remaining in the database with the same email address which obviously does not belong to the groups. I can not find a way to delete the Customer or alter the email address.
