Hello, Good day. You can set the default reporter on the mail handler (this user needs to have a valid license and create issue permission on the project). When a user who doesn't have a valid license sends email, Jira will create an issue with the default reporter account. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/create-issues-and-comments-from-email/
