Create Automation in Jira that doesn't start until a later month

Can someone tell me if there is a way to set up an automation that you want to run once a month, but not having it start until July 1. I thought if I set the Start Date to be during June, it would automatically do the first automation on the first of the next month (July). However, it is still doing the automation on first of June even though the start date isn't until June 22, 2026. Any ideas? I have attached a screenshot of the schedule element of the automation.

Hi deseymour,

What you have right now only runs once a year. Notice it says June 1 - but of 2027. Change that to every one 1 months. Then see if it moves to July 1 of this year.
