I created a Team (Header menu/People/Create Team) to make it quicker to be quoted/pinged on Jira issues. So instead of quoting @Worker1 @Worker2 @Manager3333 someone could just quote @TeamB.
However, some coworkers can't quote any team they are not a part of. Those teams do not show in autocomplete.
Are the users that have the problem part of the same email domain as the person who founded the Team they are trying to mention? A response on This post from 2020 suggests that is a limitation, but I am not able to confirm that myself, nor could I find that limitation mentioned anywhere else.
