Count time spent on bug againt task in Sprint

In our effort to have predictable end date for sprints we are estimating a percentage of the time estimated in development to bug correction, my question is

Can I link a bug to a task on jira and then subtract the remaining time from the time spend on the bug ?

Jira out of the box, no.

With scriptrunner you can by creating a cusom field that would store this value and I’ll suggest linking the issues so you can reference bug tickets that are linked to pull how long they took to do your calculations.
