Couldnt export data to set up a project

I have for over a year run a Jira report - with all my Trello cards - However, this is not working now - Whats the problem ?  HELP HELP - I need this for project management.

Maybe I am the only one confused --  is this a Jira Report?  A Trello Report?  maybe you could add a screenshot?  I 'm asking because a few months ago, the API for Jira Work Item Data changed which tripped up several people who were extracting Jira data.  If your problem is related to that, I (and many others) may be able to help

From my Trello Cards - I export the board to Jira - all used to work fine, but now I am getting a message back that the cards cant be exported.
