Hi @Raham Abbasi

You tags suggest you are on a premium plan, are you?

Can you access admin.atlassian.com?

If this was a free instance and you dinn't access it for moths, it is probably inactive and most likely deleted.

If this is on a paid instance, contact the admin of the instance, related to this question.

@Raham Abbasi

Are you able to access admin.atlassian.com?

If this was a free instance and it hasn’t been used for a while, it might have become inactive and could be deleted.

If it was a paid setup, you’ll need to reach out to the site admin for that instance to regain access.

If this helps you, do accept and vote for my answer. Thanks.

@Raham Abbasi Are you seeing any error when you try to login Jira?

@Raham Abbasi  looks like you’re logged into a different account than the one you used earlier. In Jira, your work doesn’t disappear, it’s always tied to the specific account and site you were using.

Try signing out and logging back in with the exact email you used before (also check if you had used Google login vs normal login). You can also try resetting the password for your old email to be sure.

If you still don’t see anything, it’s possible you were part of a specific Jira site/company and don’t have access to it anymore. In that case, you’ll need to contact that site admin or Atlassian support to regain access.

Hello @Raham Abbasi as you mentioned, you've already tried with several ways , At this point, support is the only way to recover it if everything else has failed.did you try to reach out to support team about same issue?
