Could not see the team boards

Hello friends, 

I have logged with Jira account to the app, it shows my profile picture and name, so it seems to be connected, but I couldn't see anything about my tasks/ board and another team member there. It's like that I created a completely new jira server! That is why, I add manually my task in Trello app to manage them. 

Could anyone help to connect my app in macOS/iOS to the server of my company to see all the activities and tasks?

Hi,

I understand you are using the Jira Cloud app for Mac OS Catalina (10.15.x), but are not seeing the projects you expect.  This application should let you connect to any Jira Cloud site to see your issues and projects there.   So I am not certain why you would not be seeing these yet.

In the bottom left corner of that page you can left click on your email/site name and then do that again on the popup that appears.  This will bring up a 'Choose a site' menu. If your account has access to more than one Jira Cloud site, these should all appear here.

If you are not seeing the expected site, could you login to https://id.atlassian.com first in your browser of choice, and then see what Jira sites that might appear to you there.  I would expect that you could see the same Jira Software sites on that website as you do in the Mac OS app when you login with the same credentials.  If you do not see the same values, please let me know more about your account name/email address and the expected Cloud site URL perhaps and I will try to investigate further.

My current version of the Jira Mac app is 98.0.0 (98.29).
