After migrating from Server to Cloud, I cannot move tickets in the workflow.
The problem is that I also don't really know how to edit the workflows or understand what is the root cause and fix it.
I'd really appreciate if someone can assist me with investigating the root cause and what can I do to fix it.

Go to project settings -> workflows. Find the workflow, defined for the required issue type, and have a look at the validators, which are defined for the transition, you use. Maybe there is something unusual.
