Using Jira cloud for years now (unhappy about how slow and badly designed it is, but that's a different thing) and today I couldn't login for some minutes.
So here's how it goes: trying to enter the email but getting this error message
and could see on the network tab a repeated error 500
Then tried to click "Can't log in?" but got the same problem there.
Then tried to get support but the login module is used again and again so I can't write to support, nor the community, nor anyone...
Luckily, this lasted for a few minutes this time but
A. Who to turn to in such cases?
B. Can this case be investigated as it didn't appear in the public notes about something being down?
Thanks

When I was checking that page, the incident wasn't there. Now I see "Atlassian Account login issues"
The problem is I couldn't login to send any support request not publish on this forum. But I've come to expect this level of service from Atlassian

Hello @Amir Colnect
If you're unable to access your account and need to contact support we do have alternative methods. One is Community, as you're aware of. Another is our contact form located at https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/
From the above form, you can submit a non-technical support request in the event you're unable to login to your account. Please be aware that this method may not have the same response time as a technical support request.

I submitted a P1 Support request (also having same issue) and also linked to this post so hopefully they will reach out

Were you able to do that without logging in? Bcz that's exactly the problem I'm mentioning
