×Could i change project from kanban project to scrum project in order to manage sprint ?
Projects are Kanban or Scrum, their boards are. You can create a new Scrum board associated with the project. This will allow you to have Sprints on that board.

What project type are you using: company-managed or team-managed? You may find that information at the lower-left of the page expanding area.
For a company-managed project, you may add another board to use Scrum, as described.
For a team-managed project, there is only one board. You may enable sprints instead from the project features:
