I'm trying to create a project but it goes with spiral methodology. So I would like to know which template should I use for that in Jira. Is it Sprints, because spiral methodology has iterations?

Hi @Kavishika Kahandawala -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Which spiral methodology or framework are you using, as there are several?

When the way you work has iterations (such as sprints), the Scrum template for a project board may help.  The iterations can be a repeated length (e.g., every 2 weeks) or adjusted based on your working methods.  And there are built-in reports for iteration completion / progress.

Kind regards,
Bill

I'm not aware of there are several frameworks for spiral methodology as well. (Sorry I'm new to spiral). The phases are however, Planning, Risk Analysis, Engineering, Evaluation, then iterate again.

But well, yes it has iterations. So I guess as you mentioned going scrum template is better.
