Copy values from old labels custom field in JIRA 3.13 to new JIRA bundled field in 4.3.4 ....?

Hello, I just noticed that in upgrading from JIRA 3.13.5 to 4.3.4 I now have two labels fields in my issues. One is the old custom field from the labels plugin named "Issue Labels" and the other is the, now incorporated, "Labels" field that is part of JIRA.

Any way to copy over the data from the old field to the new one automatically?

Hi David,

Could you by any change hide the new label field from your issue screen? And proceed to use the old label since there is some data tied on it. You can 'Hide' these fields from your field configuration:

Obviously I have a desire to use the new field as it is an intrinsic part of JIRA now and will be supported going forward in the future but thanks for the suggestion all the same :)
