When I copy and paste images into JIRA, they seem to upload fine, but one the progress bar disappears all images show up as the default description text only and there's no way to see the image. This is very annoying as it means ALL images need to be saved and then uploaded.
Does anybody know what causes this?
Dear @Justin Pumpr,
afaik, the copy&paste of images feature was removed from Jira a couple of versions ago. I just tried to do and failed also - it just works to drag&drop from an existing file.
So long
Thomas
Thanks for the resonse. If that was the case though, then a) why does it show the thumbnail when it's uploading, show the progress bar completing and even show the copy and pasted image in the selection image popup when you press the "add attachment" button. To me it seems like the feature is still working, except the crucial step of actually showing the image, so it's more of a bug than a withdrawl.

Can you attach a screenshot of the upload? Which Jira version do you user?

The screenshot is in my original comment. I have version 74d91fde (I think)
Even weirder, it only switches to show the text name once you press the "save comment" button. Before pressing save it shows up fine. Once you press save it changes to the text label.

Ok - I meant the version not the build number. Which OS, which browser?

Windows 10. Chrome & Firefox both do the same. I think it's version 3.3.0-OD. Does that sound right?
