Copy Product Data is not updating

We're trying Copy Product Data to move projects from one site in one organization to a target site in another organization.  The person performing the copy is org admin in both organizations.

The copy works.  The problem is we didn't see the progress of the copy update on the person's screen.

Is this something someone else has seen?
