Controlling who can add plug-ins

I have a very active development community and it has become necessary for me to limit who can download and install plug-ins.   I have not seen any way to take away this ability on a global scale.   

Am I missing it or is this not possible.

Hi Richard,

in Jira Cloud the ability to add free apps is bound to being a member of one of the following groups: site-admins, administrators or jira-administrators.

Only site-admins can add paid apps. So maybe have a look at your user group memberships.
