Consolidated Development Board​

Hello 

 I was tasked with 

• Planning happens on multiple product boards​
• No easy way to prioritize multiple products against each other in a centralized spot​
• No centralized view of what development is working on​
• No product management (PO / Client) solution in use (Think AHA!)​
• Enterprise Reporting solution has struggled to be of value with different product boards, sprint cadences, PO specific fields, etc.​
• Cannot easily report on burndown and velocity within Jira across multiple product boards​
• Cannot easily manage development sprint in a centralized place
• Establish New Processes ​
• Centralize Management of Inflow and Priorities​
• Centralize Team View and Workflow​
• Cross Team Communication​
• Improve Reporting​
• Product Owners can leverage their boards as a product management solution
• And i haven't been about to find any solutions . So i was wondering if any one might have any ideas on what i could try.
