Connection refused during backup restoring process

I have recently moved from jira cloud to jira server with my workforce.

We have completed a backup and migrated all data across to jira server, the only issue being that none of us can sign in to the jira server instance.

The jira server instance is at: <removed-link-for-security>

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Nathan

When importing Cloud to Server a sysadmin account was created with a password.

I suggest you change this password immediately because anyone could login on your instance as you posted the link here. (I removed the link from your post)

Please find the credentials on this page.

Your users will have to change their password via the "forgot password" functionality or you can reset their passwords with the sysadmin account. Instructions are on the same page.
