The JIRA platform has been working normally since its first installation without any problems.
One day jira can not connect to the database knowing that we have not made any changes in the JIRA config or the database. In addition the database is operational and on the same JIRA machine.
The last changes we made a change that level of the license. we have changed the server ID attached to the license, can this impact the connectivity with the database?

The short answer is that, yes, this did break your instance. I've run into this before. This article will get you going again (a variation on the one I used to fix my instance). The Server ID is in the database and a mismatch will bork it. I suspect it is a protection mechanism to avoid connecting to the wrong database.
