Connecting Outlook To Comments

Is there a way to link Office 365 to Jira so somebody can reply to an issue through email and have it populate as a comment in the issue? 

Example: I create a task in Jira and assign it to Bob. Bob gets an email in Outlook, hits "reply" and says, "we have documentation on the server", and without logging into Jira the comment is posted in the issue.

If you have your email setup correctly what you are explaining should work out of the box.

Funny, somebody at my office said it wouldn't work but it totally does. :)
