Connect to an OpenLDAP directory with groups

Hello we struggle with connectiong to an OpenLDAP directory with users and groups since we cannot identify the two membership object classes requested by jira at the end of the configuration dialogue. Does anyone have an idea what these classes might be?

I havnt used OpenLDAP before but what I think thats strange is that I am not able to see the groups that are/should be associated to a user within my LDAP Account manager interface. I can only search for groups and within the groups I can see all members but I cannot search the other way starting at a single user and display a list with all groups where this specific user belongs to. Is that normal for OpenLDAP?

Importing works then but it only imports the specified object filter group and user. But whats missing in the end is the association between them so all groups remain empty in jira after syncing.
