Hi community!

My company wants to start with JIRA and the developers currently using the non-project managing parts of the MS Team Foundation Server (source management/version control, builds, testing, release management...).

So - is it possible to connect JIRA and TFS on that level (without need for synchronizing the task management) to benefit on both sides (getting JIRA items linked to TFVC and references to JIRA within TFS)? What would be required and which stumbling blocks are to consider? Are there gaps which can't be closed?

Are there showcases available?

I think you should check out the TFS4JIRA app, hopefully it solves all the sub-problems you mentioned.
