Connect Attlasian MCP from a custom web Application

I am able to connect to Attlasian MCP from our internal web application through MCP-Remote. But we are unable to establish interactive oauth when we host it. Can you please share how to conenct Attlasian MCP with an Production level Web Application ?

As for some guidance about the MCP server:

• Ensure your application is an MCP-compatible client that supports OAuth 2.1 authentication
• Have you checked the official docs: Authentication and authorization 
• If your organization restricts third-party app installations, an admin may need to install the Atlassian MCP App first. This article might help here: Using with other supported MCP clients 

You could also check (if OAuth fails) for things like pop-up blockers or browser restrictions, blocked redirect URIs, network or firewall issues preventing access to endpoints.
