Confugure approver in a workflow

Hi,
Please advise on how to configure an approve step with a specific person. I am  using a business project and would like to add a "needs approval" step after the review with a specific person that can approve.

I have added the Awaiting cab Approval status and transitioned that back to Approved. So I need a condition to add the approver?
