Confluence pages not showing in Jira Documents tab for one user only

I have two Atlassian sites on the same account:
- Personal: xxxx.atlassian.net
- Company: xxxx.atlassian.net

In Jira project GB on bysur.atlassian.net, the Documents tab shows nothing for my account only. My colleagues with identical roles (Administrator + Member) can see all Confluence pages normally.

The Confluence space GB is correctly linked to the Jira project. I tried clearing cache, private browsing, and reconnecting — same issue.

I suspect my account defaults to my personal Confluence site instead of the company site when loading Documents in Jira.

How can I fix this?

Hi @Balssem Bachchaouch

Don't post personal detail, as this is an open public forum.

Clear your cache or use another browser profile, to differentiate between instances per browser profile.

As it seems you are logged in to Jira with your account and on confluence with your account to another instance

Also check the permission set on the linked Confluence space, are these the same for you and your colleague?

I've seen this once or twice as a result of sync or site-affinity issues @Balssem Bachchaouch

Pretty much what Marc said should help, with maybe just one small addition: log out of both Jira and Confluence, and then clear your browser cache and cookies (specifically *.atlassian.net domains) 🧹

Generally, permissions are/should be respected, and visibility is strictly governed by your Confluence permissions. Docs do say that if you do not have access to specific pages, they will be completely hidden from your view rather than appearing as broken or "access denied" links, but I've seen mixed results, so I'd take this with consideration 👀

All in all, if nothing works, you/your Jira/Confluence admin could reach out to Atlassian Support for them to check in the backend what's going on.

Cheers,
Tobi
