I want to change my current email address with a new one. After going to the change email option and request an email change, an email to my old email is sent with information about my actions, but no info is sent to the new email.
Do you have any proposals what can fix my issue?

I did a bulk search for the domain and I was able to find a bounce on your email address due to the following error:
550: 550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied. AS({hex}) [VI1EUR04FT010.eop-eur04.prod.protection.outlook.com]
I removed the bounce and the notifications should work now. Please, try changing your email again and let us know if you face any issues.
