Configuring Projects for a Team

Hello,

In Jira business projects, I am setting up multiple projects for my team. We all need to see the same configuration in List view and Board view (including card customization). 

From what I can tell, these are user-level settings. Is there any way to save the configuration for all project users? This is extremely cumbersome and not user-friendly as we are all collaborating on these projects, but looking at different things - or I have to manually walk each individual through configuration at the beginning of a project or every time I make a change. 

Thanks for any insight! 

Edit to add: are there any workarounds or suggestions for how we can accomplish this despite it not being a Jira feature?
