Hello.

I´m using Jira Cloud Free Plan because I only have 5 members within the company.

Only to controlling demands , not using sprins yet....

I have some questions:

1 . How I put the "blocked" ccolum with red color ?

2. How to change the "prority" status of the demands ? All oh then are with "medium" status and can´t be changed.

Thanks.

Hi Roberto,

1. On Cloud version of Jira you cannot color the columns of a board.
2. For Priority go to: Project Settings->Issues->Screens-> Here you need to find the issue type were you cannot change priority and click on the pen icon (Right)-> then click on the Action: Edit and add Priority.

Hello @Roberto Carvalho

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

1. Can you provide a screen image that shows the column you want to affect? We need the context of where that column is appearing.

2. If the Priority field is in the Field Layout for the issue then you should be able to edit the value in the field. Can you provide a screen image of where you are seeing the field where you are not able to change the value?

Can you also tell us the type of project you are working with in both of the above? You can get the project's Type information from the Type column on the View All Projects page under the Projects menu.
