When I click the Detail View option on the All Issues backlog list or on a filter list, the left hand sidebar with the list of issues presents 3 fields, Summary, Key and Assigned icon. Can I add other fields to this bar? I found a lot of conversations about boards, but nothing on the backlong lists.

When viewing tickets using the Detail view, currently, it’s not possible to customize what appears on the left side.
Even using the advanced search on Issues > Advanced search and adding more columns to filter tickets, when switching to detail view it will only show basic information.
There is a feature request suggesting improvements for that:
