Hi,
I'm just starting to work with Jira and I encountered a problem related to displaying columns in the correct order.
I created my own sight and set the loudspeakers as I needed, but another user sees only the default columns. Of course, it can add missing columns by hand ("button" "), but I want everyone to see the right layout immediately - without having to manually adjust.
It is mainly about columns based on custom fields, if it matters.
I found a fragment of the documentation that concerns this topic:
In addition, I came across a movie on YouTube:
However, all instructions refer to old navigation, and I already use a new project view.
Can anyone tell you how to set the default column view for all users in the new JIRA interface?
Hi @Damian Kopacz and welcome to the Community!
As explained in the article you shared, you'll need to be a Jira Administrator in order to define the default view:
If that sounds like you, in the new navigation click on the + sign near the top corner of the results list and then select the desired columns in the System tab, which is right next to My defaults if you have the right permissions:
Hope this helps!
Thanks for the welcome, unfortunately this view of My Defaults / System is available in the old view of JIRA designs and I have a new projection below.

Hi @Damian Kopacz,
Apart from the dark theme and the brightly coloured background, I don't think your view as any newer than mine 😛
I think, however, that you are looking at the list view rather than the issue navigator. In that view, you cannot set the columns for other team members unfortunately.
To select the real issue navigator, select all work in your project instead or navigate through the left hand side navigation to Filters > Search work items. In there you should be able to specify the system columns - if, again, you have Jira Administrator permissions.
