Dear @VIVIANE SOUSA SANTOS

The easiest way in Jira Cloud for a user to receive query results from a saved filter via email is to use Filter Subscriptions. It’s built-in, requires no admin setup in most cases, and works off JQL filters.

Here’s the simplest path:

1. Save your filter

  • Go to Filters → Advanced issue search
  • Build your query (JQL or basic search)
  • Click Save as and give it a name

2. Create a subscription

  • Open the saved filter
  • Click Details → New subscription (or “Subscribe” depending on UI)

3. Configure the email

  • Recipients: yourself or others (depending on permissions)
  • Schedule: e.g., daily, weekly, or specific days/times
  • Email condition:
    • “Always send” (simplest), or
    • “Only if filter has issues”
  • Choose HTML or text format

4. Save

That’s it—Jira will automatically email the filter results on the schedule.
