My software is build on several microservice. For each microservices I have created a nextgen project. I have also created several group of person per microservice. I want each group to see his own project?

Nevertheless I think I have a conflict with the default group ira-software-users

If I remove a user from this group he cannot see any project even if I have added him as member to a project.

Could you please tell me the correct setting?

Many thanks in adavance

Julien

Hi Julien,

Every user must be in the jira-users group to be able to access Jira.

It sounds like the issue is with each Next-gen project. You need to go to Project Settings  > Access for each NG project and adjust the Project Access - it is probably Open right now.

Change it to Limited and then designate who has access to that project by adding people to the Project Roles.
