Configure existing filter functionality in Jira Plans

Hello!

I would like to know if there's a way a Jira Administrator can adjust/include other fields into these filtering options we have in Plans?

The situation is the following, there's a specific team that is requesting us to add a custom field called "Responsible" (user picker), inside the options displayed in Group By and Filters. 

 

I don't see a place where we can play around with the options we show there. Could you please guide me in case there's a way to do this kind of changes or let me know if this not possible at all?

Group By options can't be adjusted.

Filters you can use user pickers, but this field needs to be added to the plan first.

This can be done in the plan settings under "Timeline" add custom fields here.
