Completed items not showing on Plan

I have read the below articles but found no real answer - please can someone help?

I have a filter based on a single initiative which returns 100 rows. 

30 of these rows are completed in a status of "Released" , Resolution = "Done". Following a suggestion on one of the links below i have changed one to have a status of "Resolved

I have a Plan based on this filter but only 70 are showing.

Looking at the Plan Settings under "Removed Work Items" there are 0 being removed  due to "Status", "User" or  "Releases" and the "Remove work marked Done more than" is set to 365 (which easily encompasses  ticket completed last week"

Can someone please let me know what setting is excluding completed items from the plan?
