Hi, I want to close one of my sprints and move the open issues to the next sprint. However when I hit the 'complete sprint' button and look in the list my next sprint (which is also already active) is not there.
See screenshots as well:
I want to close S&O Sprint week 5 and move the issues into S&O Sprint 6 (and eventually move sprint 6 tickets into sprint 7). They don't seem to be there and also suddenly there is one called KNKV tickets 4 and determine priority. Which I cant find anywhere (I want to close/delete those as well). I already tried to search for the sprint by typing in the name, but that just shows 'no matches'.
How do I do this?
Hi @Eva Alofs ,
That is expected behaviour, I'm afraid. A sprint is a volume of work you explicitly commit to. If a sprint is already active (i.e. it is already started), then that sprint is no longer available to add issues into. Your list of available sprints is restricted to the ones already created, but not started.
Hope this helps!

@Bill Sheboy Yes I noticed, thanks, I don't really know how that happened, it was the first time I posted something haha. Thanks for pointing it out though.

Thanks for your reply, I do understand that reasoning. But in this case that is not happening.
I have now created a new sprint S&O 8, which I did not start yet, so its not active, but it is not in my list either. Additionally, sprint 3.24.0 and 3.25.0 that are in the list (in the screenshot) are active and I can move my tickets there...
What I also do not understand is that I can add tickets manually to the sprint by changing the sprint. I can also do a bulk change if I would like and add te tickets to the sprint if I want.
Any clue as to what I can do?
