Compare custom field across projects - If the fields match copy field from project A to project B

I have project A and project B.

Project A and B share multiple custom fields. Lets say in this example they are Customer and Partner fields.

I want to compare the value of Customer between a JIRA case in project B  with cases in project A. If there is a match on Customer field between project A and project B

I want the Partner field from project A copied to the Partner field for Project B.

Both projects are company managed projects. Fields are custom global fields.

After the Partner field is copied to project B I would need a link created in Project B to the specific JIRA case in project A.
