Hi I was just wondering im trying to access my works jira account at home to resolve some issues asked by customers but i cant seem to access any of the issues. I can access all of it at work just not at home on my home computer. Can you please tell me what im doing wrong?

Your company probably has not put Jira on the internet for everyone to see.

You should talk to your IT support people to find out if it is available in public, or if they have a VPN that you can use to get inside your work network from the outside.

Thanks heaps will talk to IT. i could login in i just couldn't see the issues or projects im still new to using it so a bit confused. Thanks for your help.

Ah, hang on, if you can get into it, that is a different story.

"Can't seem to access ... from outside work" usually means a firewall, but if you can get to the server, that is different.

You say you've logged in from outside work, but cannot see issues - this is not something Jira does natively - if you can log in, you should see all the same things you see when you log in at work.

This is definitely something your Jira admins need to investigate for you!
