Jira hides completed issues from the Kanban board because they accumulate over time and the board will become crowded and will load slower if there are too many items in the last column.

You could try adjusting the settings as mentioned by @Bill Sheboy to see if this helps.

If you are willing to use an extension/plugin, another option would be to use the Team Wallboard gadget offered by our Great Gadgets app. This gadget can display all the items from your Kanban board, without hiding the done issues as Jira boards do; the resolved issues will disappear only when you release them by using the Release button of the board.

The colors can be customized and the app is fully localized in PT.

Hi @Proenge -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The answer depends upon your type of project: team-managed or company-managed:

For team-managed projects, there is no configuration setting and the issues will drop from the view in 2 weeks.  Here is a suggestion to make that configurable: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-21257

There are a couple of workarounds to try listed in that suggestion.

For a company-managed project, the board has several additional options to configure the display of issues.  You may find those from the options at the top-right of the page: ... > configure board > general settings

Kind regards,
Bill
