¿Como cambiar el correo asociado a una cuenta de jira?

Buenos días, Tengo la siguiente consulta:

Actualmente mi cuenta es de administradora de Jira y el correo que tengo asociado (Correo corporativo) a mi cuenta fue deshabilitado hace tiempo. ¿Como hago para asociar mi correo corporativo nuevo a la cuenta que tengo en Jira? 

Ya intente asociar mi correo nuevo a la cuenta que tengo en jira como administradora pero me llega un correo informando que no se puede realizar el cambio por que el correo nuevo esta asociado a una cuenta de Jira. Ya elimine esa cuenta pero sigue el mismo inconveniente.

Thank you for reaching out.

Per your description, I understand you are trying to change the e-mail address of the Atlassian account you use to log in to your Jira Cloud site, however, the new E-mail address you are trying to add is used for another Atlassian Account, causing an error during the update. Is that correct?

I suggest you the following steps to properly troubleshoot the problem:

  1. Navigate to id.atlassian.com > login with the new e-mail address you would like to use
  2. Check if there are any applications that this account can access, properly confirming if you will not lose data or access if deleting that account
  3. Once you confirm that no issues will be caused by the deletion of that account, follow the steps of the documentation below:
    Delete your Atlassian account 
  4. Navigate to the original Atlassian Account and change the e-mail to the new one, by following the steps below:
    Change Atlassian account email addresses 

    P.S: The steps to properly delete your account and the e-mail depend if you have a managed account by your domain owner or a non-managed account. You can have more details about these scenarios in the documentation below:
