Commit not linking to issues on card

We have managed to link our repositories to our project board, however when we commit our changes, with the issue key, we cannot see this appear in our cards.

Looking at the commit from BitBucket, this does show up and when clicking on it does show the card.

How do we get this to link bidirectional?

first of all, please, check "View Development Tools" permission on the related permission scheme associated to your project.

As second step, verify Development tools integration on project setting side.
