Comments to Issue Screen

I am trying to add Comments column to the All Issues Screen but all the values I try in Field configuration wont give me the desirable result

I want this column to pick up comments data from the issues itself ( like it does with summary etc)

Could anyone please direct me to some material that can help?

Hi @Alona Anderson ,

The comment field is the native field that will be added to the screens by default which you will be not able to see on the form while creation of the screens. However, you will be able to see after the issue created or during any transition if there is a screen in place.

Hi Sravya,

This is the screen I need to add the comments column to. I don't have it by default in my pick list, and I could not find how to add it even though the settings. Each time I would create a new item for the pick list, it would ask me to choose from the template. I have tried all the options but nothing works. Thank you
