Comments Date Time Format

Hello, 

We're doing integrations for JIRA with HP ALM via task top and we've successfully integrated these two products already. But, we're having issues with comments date time format as it showing only "minutes and time period (AM/PM) EX: 11 PM. and not as  06/28/2021 07:54 AM 

Do we have any functionality to fix these from JIRA? I tried on ALM and tasktop side, but I didn't get any leads on fixing it. Thinking about our config changes in JIRA for this.
