I have created one filter for "Activity Stream" as comment by User but this is not working well. Some times this load and some time even whole day no loading and no report.
Can you look into this asap?

It looks like you're running into an existing bug, which can be found here:
The Activity Stream expects the username but it was removed due to GDPR, that's why the filter is not working as expected.
