Hi
Is it just me but if as an admin you go to the "field configurations" screen select the configuration you want and select to "edit" the "Comment" field, if you add a description in this is shown to a user in the old UI but isnt shown to the user in the new UI.
Am i doing something wrong?

New issue vs Old issue view
Within the Field configuration you can see here the description field has been populated for the comment field:
In the Old Issue View here when you click to add a comment you used to get the description field showing:
Now with the new issue view because there seems to be no "Add Comment" button the description never gets a chance to show:

For clarity what are you referring to as the old UI and the new UI?
There was an "old" issue details view that has been updated to a "new" issue details view. Is that what you mean?
