Column disappeared in the Big Picture program

Hi Team,

In one of our big Picture program column got disappeared in the Gantt module.
In happened only for 2 program.
column.PNG May I know why its happened..?

Hi @pradeep km , I have the same issue with the columns in big picture- did you get a solution for that ?

What is your instance hosting (Cloud or Server)? If it's a Server, what version of BigPicture are you currently using?

Thank you for the information. Could you also provide with BigPicture version? You can quickly check the current app version using the 'Shift + i' shortcut when in the app. Other options you can find here.

The screenshot suggests that you use a version of BigPicture older than 8.1. Please note that the issue with disappearing columns was fixed in version 8.2.
 
However, I recommend upgrading the app directly to BigPicture 8.4. The version was just released and provides even greater ease of use and more advanced portfolio-level reporting. Here you will find new features Overview.
Important information - make sure you have a full backup before the upgrade.

Issue got fixed by updating Bigpicture to 8.2.2v.

Which version of BigPicture do you currently use? If it's the latest one - 8.1.5, I encourage you to reach out to the Technical Support Team via our Service Desk so our experts can investigate the issue.

Hello @pradeep km

The issue may be caused by a bug; however without logs' investigating it's hard to say definitively. 

Please try to use the workaround:

  1. Go to Box Configuration>Gantt>Column Views
  2. Select any view from the list
  3. On the viewscreen, click "save"
  4. Go back Gantt module.

After completing the above-mentioned steps, tasks summary & key, WBS, and the Current View button should be displayed correctly.
 
If the suggested solution won't work for you, please raise a ticket via our Service Desk providing us with a Network Analysis (instructions for downloading it you will find here)
