Color coded cards on the Kanban board

hi, is being the project administrator (I have access to the "Access" settings for the project) the same as being the board adminstrator? I can't seem to find any "Card Colors" settings.

As per the details, I believe you are using a team-managed (next-gen) project.

Currently, the option to change card colors is available only on company-managed projects.

There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

• As a Jira next-gen user, I want to be able to use colours to quickly identify cards
